How does Amian Laundry collection and delivery work?

You book a slot online, we collect your laundry from your door on the chosen date, clean it at our facility, and deliver it back to the same address. Collection and delivery are included in the package price.

What does a laundry package cost?

Standard Clean is R260 for one basket washed and dried. Premium Clean is R320 and adds ironing and a branded Amian box. The Family Membership is R900 per month for three washes of two baskets each, with ironing included.

Do you clean blankets, duvets and fleeces?

Yes. Blankets, duvets and fleeces are handled as add-ons at R40 per item and can be added to any package during booking. The total on your order reflects them automatically.

Which areas do you collect from?

We currently collect in Mankweng, Turfloop, Polokwane, Seshego, Fauna Park, Bendor, Tzaneen, Bela-Bela and Mokopane. If your suburb is not listed, send us a WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can reach you.

How do I pay?

Payment is manual: cash on delivery or EFT. There is no card payment or automatic debit, so nothing is charged before your laundry is delivered.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are collected, cleaned and delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your slot and the volume of bedding in the order. You can follow the status in your dashboard.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order moves through scheduled, collected, cleaning, out for delivery and delivered, and the status updates live in your dashboard as our team changes it.

Do you collect on Sundays?

Accepted Answer

No. Collections and deliveries run Monday to Saturday. Sunday slots are not available when booking.

Question 9

How many washes does the Family Membership include?

Accepted Answer

Three washes per calendar month, each covering two baskets, with ironing and branded box delivery. Your dashboard shows how many washes you have used in the current month.

Question 10

Do you take business or guesthouse laundry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guesthouses, salons, restaurants and small offices with recurring linen or uniform volumes can contact us for a schedule and quote based on weekly volumes.
