Question 1

How does Amian Laundry collection and delivery work?

Accepted Answer

You book a slot online, we collect your laundry from your door on the chosen date, clean it at our facility, and deliver it back to the same address. Collection and delivery are included in the package price.

Question 2

What does a laundry package cost?

Accepted Answer

Standard Clean is R260 for one basket washed and dried. Premium Clean is R320 and adds ironing and a branded Amian box. The Family Membership is R900 per month for three washes of two baskets each, with ironing included.

Question 3

Do you clean blankets, duvets and fleeces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Blankets, duvets and fleeces are handled as add-ons at R40 per item and can be added to any package during booking. The total on your order reflects them automatically.

Question 4

Which areas do you collect from?

Accepted Answer

We currently collect in Mankweng, Turfloop, Polokwane, Seshego, Fauna Park, Bendor, Tzaneen, Bela-Bela and Mokopane. If your suburb is not listed, send us a WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can reach you.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is manual: cash on delivery or EFT. There is no card payment or automatic debit, so nothing is charged before your laundry is delivered.

Question 6

How long does an order take?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 19 hours from collection. If you need your laundry back sooner than 19 hours, we can arrange an express turnaround for an additional fee — just ask us on WhatsApp when you book.

Question 7

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order moves through scheduled, collected, cleaning, out for delivery and delivered, and the status updates live in your dashboard as our team changes it.

Question 8

Do you collect on Sundays?

Accepted Answer

No. Collections and deliveries run Monday to Saturday. Sunday slots are not available when booking.

Question 9

How many washes does the Family Membership include?

Accepted Answer

Three washes per calendar month, each covering two baskets, with ironing and branded box delivery. Your dashboard shows how many washes you have used in the current month.

Question 10

Do you take business or guesthouse laundry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guesthouses, salons, restaurants and small offices with recurring linen or uniform volumes can contact us for a schedule and quote based on weekly volumes.

Question 11

How do you handle laundry with care?

Accepted Answer

We sort items by colour and fabric type, use quality detergent and fabric softener, wash at the correct temperature, dry properly and fold everything neatly before packing. Heavy items like blankets and duvets are handled separately, and each basket is checked before it leaves our facility.

Question 12

What does 'delivered by car' mean for Mankweng and nearby areas?

Accepted Answer

We collect and deliver your laundry in a dedicated car, not on a bicycle or exposed to the weather. This keeps your clean items protected, dry and neatly packed, and lets us reach Mankweng, Turfloop, Polokwane and surrounding areas reliably.
